EVOO

In my haste to type my grilled pizza with basil vinaigrette recipe, I used an abreviation that not everyone may know (Esther…)  EVOO is extra-virgin olive oil 🙂

The recipe is delicious, and I realize it looks long and hard, but if you take it step-by-step, i.e. pre-cook the sausage, pre-grill the veggies and use the oven to finish the pizzas off, it comes together quickly!!  The Basil Vinaigrette could be used on other things!!

    Hahaha. EVOO…. I say that all the time and my dad always says “Isn’t it just as quick and easy to say extra virgin olive oil, that’s so dumb”….. ugh. No respect for Rachel Ray! THis made my day.. it makes me giggle to see someone else use the term!

    Ps- I love reading your posts. I am not sure if you remember me or not, I know I kinda just popped up on facebook one day.. but I met you at Emmanuel. I attended there for 3 years, sang in the choir, did violin.. that whole nine yards =) If not you don’t remember… then its nice to “meet” you =)
